Finally! I am glad I have got my blog up and running. I am still learning and experimenting the features in the blog.

- Why is the Blog Titled Harmonious Mind? Well, 1985 was the first time I came into contact with Buddhism.There, I met a teacher, a friend who taught me all he knew about Buddhism. Instead of looking outward for the external, I was taught to look inward and to look at the mind. A year later, I took refuge in the Triple Gems. I was given a Pali Buddhist name Cittalaya. "Citta" means Mind and "laya" means Harmonious, thus Harmonious Mind
